RESULTS REALTY has been a presence in Boca Raton, Fl.

since 1997 successfully riding the ebbs and flows of the real

estate market. Patricia Richardson founded Results Realty,

a true real estate professional, having been named Realtor

of the Year by the Realtor’s Association of the Palm Beaches,

as well as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors for

multiple years. Upon her retirement in 2006, Jan Bazal

became the broker of record for Results Realty, having been

a real estate associate mentored by Pat Richardson.

Jan, too, has been involved with Women’s Council of Realtors,

serving as Secretary and Treasurer for several years. Jan

joined Results Realty in 2001 as a Realtor Associate and has

worked hard to continue the impeccable reputation established

by the company. Jan moved to Florida from California, having

spent several years in real estate in the Southern California

real estate market. She graduated from Indiana University.

Results Realty has a mission to serve our friends and clients

honestly, ethically, and with integrity.

Ilene Silverman, after working for several years as a Secretary

for a Commercial Real Estate Company in Boca Raton which

specialized in office parks, mixed-use commercial centers, retail

centers, business communities, and integrated with compatible

residential communities, decided to become a Realtor.
